The upstream repository has no NOTICE file. At this commit `skills/agent-browser/` contains only `SKILL.md`. The CLI, the repository `scripts/` directory, and `skill-data/` stay upstream. The stub tells the agent to install that CLI (`npm i -g agent-browser && agent-browser install`) and to load workflows with `agent-browser skills get`. Those programs are not copied here.
