The repository has no NOTICE file. `LICENSE` is the repository root MIT licence, copied unchanged. `LICENSE.txt` is the per-skill pointer upstream ships beside `SKILL.md`, also copied unchanged. It says the full terms are the root licence.

The skill text tells a Claude Code plugin to run programs under `${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/scripts/`. Those programs are not part of this mirror. `extensions/` is not copied: that tree calls DataForSEO, Firecrawl, and other supplier APIs. This skill does not ship a script and does not read a supplier key. Where the text mentions DataForSEO or a Google API, it is an optional branch inside the upstream prompt and it was left unchanged.
